Terms of Service

By creating an Afiye+ account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Afiye+ is provided by Sila Technologies, Mogadishu, Somalia.

Your account

• Give correct details when you sign up, and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• The pharmacy owner decides who joins as staff and can remove staff at any time.

Free trial

Every new pharmacy gets a 14-day free trial with all features, for up to 3 staff. After the trial, choose a plan to keep using Afiye+.

Plans and payment

• Plans are Basic, Standard and Pro, paid monthly or yearly. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app.
• You pay by EVC Plus or eDahab. Our team checks each payment before it is approved.
• While your payment is being checked, you can use your chosen plan for up to 24 hours.
• We will tell you in the app when a payment is approved or declined. If it is declined, you can try again.
• We may change prices. Any change applies from your next payment, never to a period you already paid for.

When a plan ends

We remind you 3 days before your plan ends. If it ends without renewing, you can still sign in, but you cannot record new sales or stock until you renew. Your records are kept and come back when you renew.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded once a plan has started, unless the payment was made by mistake or charged twice. Contact us within 7 days and we will look into it.

Your data

Your pharmacy's records belong to your pharmacy. We keep and protect them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Afiye+ to:

• break the law, including laws on selling medicines
• record false sales or payments
• try to access another pharmacy's records
• damage, copy or overload the app

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your responsibility

Afiye+ helps you keep records. It does not give medical advice and does not check whether a medicine may be sold. You remain responsible for your pharmacy, your prices, your stock and following the law.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Afiye+ running and your records safe, but we cannot promise the app will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for losses caused by internet problems, mistakes in the information you enter, or events outside our control. Where the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes. Continuing to use Afiye+ means you accept them.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Somalia.
